Midtown is a new planned neighborhood that sits 5 miles to the Northwest of Denver, CO. At full buildout, the development will include around 850 residences. Midtown offers an urban atmosphere without the busy streets and costs associated with a downtown environment. The master developer for this project is an established residential developer focusing on modern resource-conscious housing in the Denver region. 

A shared community center as well as a number of small businesses work to provide a centralized zone of activity for this neighborhood. Directly adjacent to this activity center is an intensive agricultural area that provides fresh produce to those who call Midtown home. 

Agriburbia provided design services for this agricultural area in 2012, construction services in 2013, and has operated the area since its completion in the spring of 2014. Since that time, the area has proved an irreplaceable resource to Midtown’s population and has provided an abundance of hyper-local flowers and produce week-to-week throughout each consecutive growing season. Over the last 3 seasons, around 8,000 pounds of produce have been provided to Midtown residents
