Agriburbia Inc.

THE COMPANY

Agriburbia Inc is a private for profit holding company created in 2009 whose goal is to integrate agriculture and food production into new and existing real estate developments and communities.  Agriburbia Inc is using its extensive experience in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) and technology to create the infrastructure and tools to generate professional, commercial, high intensity, high tech, very high quality, value added farms and associated jobs and small businesses.   Agriburbia Inc creates these opportunities through a deliberate and specific agricultural and real estate development process that generates multiple revenue streams for each farmer or agricultural entrepreneur.  Ultimately the goal is to help support existing producers and create 30 million new farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs.

Agriburbia Inc executes through its four wholly owned subsidiary companies, Agriburbia Development LLC, Agriburbia Design LLC, Agriburbia Build LLC and Agriburbia Operations LLC.  Agriburbia Inc has been in business in its current configuration since 2009.   It has project plans and experience in 6 states and 2 foreign countries.

AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY

Included in the Agriburbia Inc. effort is the development of underlying formative technologies which enables the creation of successful food production.  Intensely and technologically managed agricultural installations or “farms” are networked, intertwined and connected creating a broad base for success.  These farms are unique in that they do not depend entirely on fresh sales for survival.  Each farm or agricultural enterprises are value-added production entities.  While most agricultural technology trends are focused on attempting to create more efficiency assuming no change in the supply chains, thus shrinking the number of farmers even more.  Agriburbia Inc is directly focused on leveraging the “sharing” or “membership” economic trends that are becoming ubiquitous across other sectors of the culture.  To raise the general quality of the country’s food supply while also reducing the environmental footprint, we need more high-quality, diverse, distributed, interconnected, and local farmers.

Agriburbia Inc has one design patent granted and is in the process of patenting multiple additional technological advances.  These technologies and their patent are designed to bring food production closer to the people who consume it while simultaneously fostering higher quality, increased intensity and greater yields per square foot – all without the massive environmental costs and operational overhead required by existing commercial methods and industrial agriculture operations.

TARGET MARKETS

Agriburbia Inc has deep experience in real estate development, design, entitlements, agriculture and spatial technologies.  With its 10 year head start on research and development, along with this experience as a noted thought leader, Agriburbia Inc is working to capture a large market share and value in both the $1.5 trillion dollar local food transition as well as the underlying real estate and infrastructure development required to support that direct distribution.

All human beings can benefit from higher quality food.  This means living in closer proximity and growing and raising food as naturally as possible.  This higher quality or “craft” food is in premium demand by all demographics – in particular those that are interested in reorienting their lives toward greater health and productivity as opposed to continued consumption.  Within this market, millennials and retiring boomers (ages roughly 25 and 55 respectively) show even stronger interest.  Agriburbia Inc has been market testing, evaluating, and documenting market depth for the last 10 years and has generated a standing pipeline of opportunities.
