Adams Crossing

Adams Crossing is located just north of metro Denver in Brighton, CO. At full buildout, the project will reach 540 acres. Agriburbia has been deeply involved in Phase 1 of the project – a 100-acre property that will host a variety of mixed-used, residential and commercial buildings, as well as 15 independently operated agricultural properties.

The master developer for this project is a large, multi-faceted Utah based firm that has many ongoing projects across the U.S.

Agriburbia has designed a significant portion of Phase 1, has managed the initial project site work and entitlement process, and will maintain a primary design and management role moving forward. These roles include oversight of agricultural site work subcontractors, conceptual and technical design for all agricultural properties, and miscellaneous project management such as phasing plans and general administration.

Agriburbia has held a leading role in this project since early 2015. With an array of resiliency and sustainability measures such as geothermal, solar, and mass transit access, this project will offer an invaluable resource to the Brighton area. It will serve as an example of what is possible when human scale agriculture is integrated with residential and commercial space
