Woodside Farms sits on 150 acres just North of Richmond, Virginia. This property is slated to host between 300 and 400 new homes. When completed, it will be one of the most unique developments in the greater Richmond area, combining a working 10 acre farm with the adjacent development through a variety of means. Agricultural land will be as much a part of the development as the residences that are planned. The master developer for this project is a well known Richmond based firm. 

Agriburbia has taken on central roles not only in farm design, but also in general non-agricultural activity planning and in the establishment of a farm operations team. Agriburbia was also a primary player in obtaining necessary entitlements and will orchestrate and execute construction and operations when the project owners are prepared to move forward. 

The long-term goals of the project include development of a community farming program, the hosting of on farm workshops, and maintenance of event space to be rented for weddings, corporate events, and similar occasions. Ultimately, this multi-faceted hub will work to allow the developments inhabit[1]ants to become and remain productive members of a larger thriving community.
