It takes time and effort to build a supreme team, and yet it is the most important aspect of any business. It is, after all, the people that matter most. The Agriburbia team has not happened by chance or overnight, the individuals have been deliberately gathered and cultivated over a period of many years, structuring a team specific to the cause. Agriburbia’s partners are committed and exceptionally knowledgeable. The team has an extraordinary combination of depth of management experience and technical capability. Each of the partners are at the top of their game and provide the best possible guidance and expertise available. The team is a blend of youth and experience brought together for their individual strengths and their ability to solve problems. In addition, all of the partners have lengthy histories together, some collaborating over 20 years with each other, which is very unusual in the technology industry.
Matthew (Quint) Redmond
EXPERTISE: Futurist, Farmer, Natural Scientist, Geospatial Technology, Software Development, Real Estate Development
EXPERIENCE: Mr. Redmond is co-creator of Agriburbia and has more than 35 years of professional experience in design, planning, natural resources, agriculture and spatial technologies. His combined knowledge in each of these disciplines allows him to effectively provide vision for the future and manage projects that result in innovative designs, technologically advanced data management, and new approaches to sustainable agriculture and development.

ERUDITION: Quint is the crazy one, and has been a speaker in demand spending the last 25 years on a mission to raise the bar in both agriculture and development. His early exposure to ranching and agriculture and continuing experiences through life have developed into a unique blended expertise of technology, the natural sciences and development. He has received national recognition, including published work in CNU and Landscape Architecture, for his expertise in integrating commercial scale agriculture into all aspects of both urban and rural design.

EXPERIENCE: Ms. Redmond is co-creator of Agriburbia Inc. and has more than 25 years of professional experience in planning, natural resources, agriculture and spatial technologies. Her strong technical abilities as well as hands on agricultural experience allow her to generate planning solutions that are both forward thinking and practical. She and her husband Quint are the Co-Creators of Agriburbia.

ERUDITION: Jenny is the all around “great” person, equally comfortable programming, managing technology, or in Carhartts gluing irrigation pipe. She is the supreme “green thumb” and can grow just about anything. Horses, dogs, cows, goats and python (the program) all in a days work.

EXPERIENCE: Mr. Newton is a partner with Agriburbia Inc and has more than 25 years of professional experience in environmental design, architecture, land use planning and geospatial technologies. He is also well versed in the 3Dimensioanl modeling and industrial design of all types. His experience spans the topics of architecture, product design as well as landscape architecture and agriculture. His skill in translating needs and program elements into physical design is indispensable.

ERUDTION: If it is a thinkable thought, Paul can make you “see” it. He is not only an innovator himself but a translator and communicator extraordinaire. His ability to translate abstract thoughts into concrete forms and drawings and products is second to none. He has been a partner and committed to the mission of Agriburbia Inc for over a decade.
EXPERTISE: Civil and Design Engineering, Construction, Irrigation and Water Infrastructure, Project Management of Public/Private Partnerships
EXPERIENCE: Mr. Long is a 30 year experienced engineer and project delivery expert. He has found innovative ways to produce both massive infrastructure projects all the way down to individual back yard projects. This ability to manage projects at various levels is key to Agriburbia’s success.

ERUDTION: Steve is the enabler. He is the helper extraordinaire. Whenever someone needs anything they call Steve. He is not only a talented engineer and builder of things but also a teacher having taught engineering courses for years to bring up the new generation of engineers that will help to make the planet and its inhabitants a better place. He is the ultimate “go to guy” for any need no mater how small or large.

EXPERIENCE: Ms. Schenk is a tremendously experienced technician but also manager, having not only designed and prepared high tech products for market but also managed extensive teams to achieve these results.

ERUDTION: Michele is the maker of things, using her Engineering degree and her MBA she is the “product” person. She is also the supreme hockey Mom and farmer, dedicated to making both people and the planet healthier. Her NoDak sensibility is the can do engine for making change happen. “Whatever it takes” is her favorite saying.
EXPERTISE: Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Design and Big Data
EXPERIENCE: Mr. Newman has been instrumental in the IoT, and AI fields since their inception. He has more than a decade of all facets of high tech experience. He has been working in the AI field in multiple vertical industries and had brought this expertise to Agriburbia for more than five years.

ERUDTION: Nate is inventor extraordinaire. His passion for seeing things differently or “how they could be” is a driving force. He has always been this way, having attained multiple patents before graduating from High School. He uses these future focused talents to help make the planet a better place having applied himself in oceans, cities and agriculture.

EXPERIENCE: Mr. Jaeger has extensive agriculture experience, as well as being and Air Force and commercial pilot. He excels in logistics, safety and human resources
EDUCATION: Ohio University, Webster University
ERUDITION: Matthew grew up on a small farm in rural central Ohio where he learned to love living in the country and the importance of hard work, as well as, being a good steward of the land. Matthew always had a dream to fly and received his commission in the Air Force as a pilot. He spent 13 years in the US Air Force flying the T-6, T-1, KC-135, C-20, and C-37 aircraft. He now currently is a pilot for a major airline. Always wanting to go back to his roots, Matthew returned home to Ohio to own and operate a vineyard.
Jon Beckner

ERUDTION: Not only is Mickey a giant in the fields of water, real estate and technology but he is also an aviator and veteran with multiple fixed wing and helicopter ratings. He was instrumental in the Armies first usage of helicopters in theatres of conflict.
